Merry Christmas!!

I just wanted to say to say "Merry Christmas" to anyone who checks this blog. We have had a busy week so not many recipes have been tried and with the holiday over the weekend, we'll just be eating our annual Christmas traditional meals. (We've got Scandinavian heritage on both sides of our families so if you want a great lutefisk recipe, just let me know!) ;) Have a great holiday!
