Philly Cheese Steak Wraps

***This recipe was found online at Tammy's Recipes***

1 pound inexpensive beef steak or roast
2 T oil
1 large onion, cut in half and thinly sliced
1-2 large green peppers, cut in half and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
4 burrito-size flour tortillas
8 thin slices of provolone cheese

***Family Chef's substitutions: I use Schwan's brand "Philly Steak" meat. It comes raw, so you still have to cook it in the oil, but it's perfectly cut and ready for a meal like this.

Slice meat into bite-sized pieces, as thinly as possible. Saute meat in 1 T. oil over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain juices and set meat aside.
Reheat skillet with remaining oil and saute onion and peppers until crisp-tender. Add meat and heat through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese and toss to mix. Turn off heat, cover and wait 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Warm tortillas according to package directions. Fill warm tortillas with stead mixture and fold into burritos.

I make this quite often for my husband I---usually on weekends for lunch. It's SO EASY and SO YUMMY!! The Schwan's philly steak meat makes this very quick to whip up and it's one of our favorites. My husband also eats his without the tortilla and it's just as good.
