Best Ever BBQ Ribs

***Recipe found in Taste of Home magazine, submitted by Tanya Reid of Winston-Salem, NC***

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 6 hours
2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4-1/2 lbs)
1-1/2 tsp pepper
2-1/2 cups barbecue sauce
3/4 cups cherry preserves
1 T. dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Place in slow-cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with sauce.

Yield: 5 servings

This is honestly the BEST BBQ RIB RECIPE EVER!!! In my family's opinion, of course! These ribs are "fall off the bone" when they're done and I'll just tell you that one person could practically eat a whole rack of these without even thinking, so prepare for a lot if you're making for more than four people.
